Specifications

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Children 6-12 years:
Take one (1) capsule twice daily, after a meal, with a glass of water.
Adults and children 13 years and older:
Take one (1) capsule three times daily, after a meal, with a glass of water.

b) Quercetin: 80 mg

d) Zinc elemental (from gluconate): 5 mg
